Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at StorageVault. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our storage facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk, confirm reservations, rent storage units, present lease agreements, and collect rental payments.
  • Maintain property appearance by cleaning the facility daily and performing daily inspections of storage units to ensure they are clean, properly locked, and rent-ready.
  • Travel between locations within a reasonable distance, requiring access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Please note that applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (preferred).
  • 2 years of experience in customer service (preferred).
  • 2 years of experience in sales (preferred).
  • Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle daily is required.
