The role of Office Administrator at Dean Cartage Inc. involves overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and adhering to established protocols.

As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services such as accommodations, relocation, equipment, supplies, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

You will also assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, while performing data entry tasks with precision.

In addition to these duties, you will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

We estimate the salary range for this position to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
