Pavillon Laurier is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, and organize buffets and banquets.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
