Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Carvery Clerk to join our team at Fortinos. As a Carvery Clerk, you will be responsible for producing high-quality carvery products, preparing and stocking the carvery department, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present carvery products according to company standards.
- Ensure the carvery department is fully stocked and well-maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist in the training and direction of part-time staff.
- Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring the department is ready for operation.
- Maintain equipment and ensure the safety and sanitation of the production and back room areas.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years' experience in food preparation, preferably in a retail environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
