Shuttle Driver

This is a full-time position for a Shuttle Driver to work night shifts at Auto Warehousing Company Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting customers' finished products within the company's compound, warehousing yards, and rail area.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and shuttle customers' finished products (Chevrolet Silverado) within the company's compound, warehousing yards, and rail area.
- Transport Shuttle Drivers from designated pick-up zones to the company's compound or other destinations as a Van Driver.
- Enter a shuttle van and be taken to, or walk to a customer vehicle.
- Inspect vehicle for potential damage and verify presence of accessories listed on invoice.
- Drive the vehicle from the plant to its destination.
- Scan barcode which informs driver of where to park the vehicle.
- Park the vehicle in designated location.
- Ensure all accessories are turned off and place keys in the cupholder.
- Exit the vehicle.
- Repeat above for duration of shift.
- Ensure yard quality standards are maintained.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will work outside in all types of weather, including extreme conditions, and will be required to get in and out of vehicles frequently.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year driving experience.
- Valid full G driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Background Check and Driver's Abstract.
