About the Role

The Appointment Scheduling Coordinator is a customer-facing position responsible for managing sales appointments at Langley Chrysler. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role requires utilizing both phone and internet strategies to initiate and schedule appointments with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to schedule sales appointments with customers.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback on their experience at Langley Chrysler.
  • Schedule appointments using CRM systems and maintain accurate records in the customer database.
  • Deliver exceptional service to ensure positive customer experiences and escalate any issues to management as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in the hotel industry would be an asset.
  • A proven track record of success in sales and customer service, with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues effectively.
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software applications.
  • A valid Class 5 or 7 BC driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
