Job SummaryAs a Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Implement and monitor performance management systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
