Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Care Specialist to join our team at Krystle La Sota. As a Child Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, promoting their growth and development
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all safety protocols
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, fostering their creativity and social skills
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, catering to the children's dietary needs
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods, ensuring a smooth transition to sleep
  • Supervise and care for children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments, ensuring their timely arrival and departure
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing comfort and reassurance when needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Will train, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Criminal record check, ensuring a safe and secure environment for children
Work Environment
