Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Triple S Aggregates Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, confirming details, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely meetings and events.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly to maintain effective communication channels.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas within the company.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to facilitate easy access to vital documents.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately $35,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. The company offers a range of benefits, including a comprehensive health insurance plan, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
