Job Summary

Forging Ahead Inc is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Greenhouse Labourer. This permanent position involves working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on crop development and sustainable produce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots
  • Maintain a clean and organized greenhouse environment
  • Assist in pruning trees, shrubs and plants
  • Monitor and report signs of insect or disease damage
  • Perform various tasks related to crop development and maintenance
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Willingness to relocate for this position
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
