Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Process Coordinator to join our team at websiteTOON digital. As an Administrative Process Coordinator, you will play a key role in implementing and reviewing new administrative procedures, delegating tasks to office support staff, overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, and monitoring and evaluating processes.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. You will be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor and evaluate processes to identify areas for improvement
