About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Global Mobility Tax Services Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients on cross-border mobility issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client engagements and manage international assignment programs
  • Provide tax compliance management services, including Canadian and US personal tax returns, tax projections, and tax equalizations
  • Review and advise on various mobility issues, including business travelers and cross-border remote work arrangements
  • Provide ongoing support and mentoring for the professional development of staff
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a public accounting firm specializing in personal Canadian and US tax and/or expertise in cross-border Canada-US payroll matters
  • Excellent people management skills and a highly motivated individual with a desire for growth
  • Dedication and motivation to achieve high standards of client service and professionalism in the performance of duties
  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills, with excellent computer skills and Excel experience
