In the Americas, particularly Canada, the U.S., Mexico, we are seeking top-tier talent to complement our organization in the fast-growing team of Global Transaction Banking.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. You will contribute to the overall success of Global Business Payments by ensuring plans and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of business strategies and objectives.
  2. Ensure all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
What You'll Do:
  1. Project delivery change management involves working with key business, technology, and operational teams.
  2. Develop and deliver timely and effective project dashboards to keep senior leaders in Global Business Payments informed of project statuses, critical milestones, and alerts when budget, effective delivery, or timelines are at risk.
  3. Assist with planning and executing projects to ensure project goals or objectives are accomplished within the approved time frame, scope, and budget.
  4. Enable a culture that promotes critical thinking, change leadership, and shares best practices globally.
  5. Direct day-to-day activities in a manner consistent with the Bank's risk culture and relevant risk appetite statement and limits.
  6. Communicate the Bank's risk culture and risk appetite statement throughout their teams.
  7. Seek out industry trends and organizational knowledge to understand alternative approaches or solutions.
  8. Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
  9. Build a high-performance environment and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates their team.
Key Requirements and Qualifications
  1. You must be fluent in Lean, Six Sigma principles.
  2. An Agile mindset with a focus on delivering business value associated with operations transformation is required.
  3. Proven leadership, collaboration, and presentation skills are essential.
  4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to explain critical issues to all audiences are necessary.
  5. Strong project management skills and experience with project mapping and statistical analysis are required.
  6. Knowledge of Cash Management Products would be an asset.
  7. Experience with Project Management Methodology would be an asset.
  8. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt would be considered an asset.
  9. Understanding of telephony systems, IVR (Interactive Voice Response), ACD (Automatic Call Distributors) is required.
