Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Optical Associate to join our team at our LaSalle clinic. As an Optical Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class service to our patients, providing exceptional customer experience, and helping us achieve our mission of improving the health and well-being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist patients in selecting the best eyewear options for their lifestyle, ensuring they receive the best value and quality.
- Interpret optical prescriptions, perform frame and facial measurements, and make repairs and adjustments to returning patients' eyewear.
- Communicate with patients in person, by phone, and via email to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing and payments.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, preferably retail environment.
- Previous optical experience is considered an asset.
- Passionate about customer service and delivering exceptional patient care.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team.
