Job Title: Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead to join our team at HCL Technologies. As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities, and increasing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive code reviews and establish quality assurance processes to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
  • Ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions or review as a technical consultant for feasibility studies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and prepare status reports to minimize exposure and closure of escalations.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Golang Development with Cloud & Terraform, Packer, Ansible for Hardening Images and Pipelines hands-on experience.
  • Design and develop APIs and Microservices.
  • Platform engineering role (Security).
  • Good GOLANG & Python skills.
  • IAM Policy as code; OPA Open Policy Agent (Styra Enterprise version of OPA); Cedar AWS open-source policy agent.
  • GraphQL skills.
  • Expertise in DevOps, CICD, and full lifecycle management.
  • Experience working in DevSecOps, including knowledge and experience enforcing a secure software development lifecycle (Github, GitLab, Gitguardian).
  • 3+ years of experience with engineering and delivering in containerization technology (Openshift, Kubernetes, AWS (ECSEKS), etc. at scale, and System Designing.
