About the Role:

As a Healthcare Support Worker with Pro-Care Health Services LTD, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with their daily needs, ensuring their comfort and dignity are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities to promote physical and mental well-being
  • Assist with the maintenance and repair of medical equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
  • Perform various tasks related to patient care and comfort, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
  • Supervise patients' exercise routines to promote physical activity and mobility
  • Transport patients safely and efficiently using wheelchairs or stretchers
  • Respond to call signals to determine patients' needs and provide timely assistance
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations, prioritizing patient safety and well-being

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Proficiency in English language
