Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team in Toronto Downtown. This role will play a key part in the online acquisition growth plans and requires a hard-working and self-motivated individual who can deliver multiple automation campaigns across our group companies to prospects and clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new campaigns and programs using Marketo, working across all client and prospect facing communications to drive engagement and conversions. They will also assist with management and monitoring of multiple nurture programs, conducting regular reviews and analysis to help ensure leads progress through the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing new campaigns and programs using Marketo to drive engagement and conversions
  • Assisting with management and monitoring of multiple nurture programs to ensure leads progress through the sales funnel
  • Designing and creating emails, landing pages, templates, forms, nurture programs, lead scoring models, and other campaign assets
  • Implementing A/B testing and continuously optimizing automated workflows to improve performance and ROI
  • Ensuring seamless integration of Marketo with our CRM (Salesforce) to improve quality of information for our sales team
  • Maintaining/Improving database hygiene for effective segmentation, personalization
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (preferably Marketo, certification preferred)
  • Experience with lead scoring systems, A/B testing and audience segmentation
  • Strong email marketing, campaign experience and knowledge of compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
  • Strong communication, analytical skills and ability to use data for informed decision-making
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail
