Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Strategist to join our team at Pharmascience Inc. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to drive business growth through strategic procurement initiatives.

Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global Sourcing Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive global sourcing strategy to optimize supplier relationships and minimize costs.

Supplier Performance Management

Design and implement a Supplier Performance Management framework to monitor and improve supplier delivery, reduce operational costs, and mitigate risk.

Contract Negotiation

Lead complex contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.

Procurement Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and implement best practices to increase efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement of products and services in the pharmaceutical or related field
  • Bilingual English/French (oral and written)
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiations and contract management
  • Excellent knowledge of procurement best practices, policies, and regulations
