About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Truck Manager to join our team at Greek on the Street Restaurants INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food truck, ensuring seamless execution of our culinary vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Evaluate and optimize daily operations to maintain high-quality standards and efficiency.
  • Staff Supervision: Monitor and supervise staff performance, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional service to build customer loyalty.
  • Event Management: Coordinate and execute events, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: A certificate or diploma in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Experience working in a fast-paced, urban environment with staff accommodation available.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
