Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple work fronts, managing processes, and contributing to a cross-functional team within their area. Key responsibilities include:
  • High level involvement in cost control system operations and analysis of construction costs
  • Participating in monthly forecasting revenue and costs accruals
  • Accumulating data and preparing pay estimates
  • Processing and estimating change orders and Requests for Information
  • Maintaining records of submittals, approvals, and resubmittals
  • Managing material deliveries and subcontractor contracts

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must have:
  • Four-year bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university
  • Heavy civil construction experience
  • Experience working on active construction sites
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and make sound business decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and coordinate the efforts of others
