Fountain Tire, a leading automotive repair shop, seeks a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our dynamic team at the Edmonton City Center location. Our shop is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and quality solutions, focusing on integrity, continuous improvement, and quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles, including commercial fleet vehicles.
- Complete work orders to the highest standards of service.
- Develop and maintain technical skills and certifications through our excellent training programs.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Registered Journeyman Automotive Service Technician or Apprentice preferred.
- A valid driver's license and satisfactory driver's abstract.
- OOP and CVIP certification or eligibility to obtain.
- Strong diagnostic and electrical experience.
- Excellent customer service and a great attitude.
