Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive to join our team at STAR IMMIGRATION CONSULTANCY INC. as a General Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead our organization and drive growth.

About the Role:

  • This position reports directly to the Board of Directors and is responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the company.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, leadership, and finance, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The General Manager will be responsible for allocating resources, setting objectives, and implementing policies and programs to achieve business goals.
  • This role involves representing the company in negotiations and official functions, selecting senior staff, and establishing financial and administrative controls.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies, manage budgets, and ensure effective resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Oversee the allocation of resources, including personnel, budgeting, and operations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a consulting firm or similar industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
