About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to assist in the management of our storage facilities. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including confirming reservations, renting storage units, and collecting rental payments
- Maintain the appearance of our facilities by cleaning and performing daily inspections
- Travel between locations as required, with access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of $17.75, with opportunities for bonus pay
- 6 weeks of paid training and onboarding
- Daytime work schedules, Monday to Friday

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office
- 2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
