About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Spa Alita Esthetics Inc. as a key member of our marketing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Promotional Materials

Design and create engaging promotional materials, such as brochures, reports, and newsletters, to effectively communicate our brand message and values.

Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures

Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.

Plan, Direct, and Evaluate Advertising Campaigns

Lead the development and implementation of advertising campaigns to promote our products and services, analyzing results and making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.

Advise Clients on Advertising or Sales Promotion Strategies

Provide expert guidance to clients on effective advertising and sales promotion strategies, helping them to achieve their business goals.

Assist in the Preparation of Marketing Materials

Support the preparation of marketing materials, such as brochures, reports, and newsletters, to ensure consistency and quality.

Coordinate Special Publicity Events and Promotions

Organize and execute special publicity events and promotions to generate buzz and drive sales.

Conduct Public Opinion and Attitude Surveys

Design and conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to gain valuable insights into customer preferences and behaviors.

Requirements
  • Education

A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Hours

30-40 hours per week.
