We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the Calgary Convention Centre Authority. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including arranging seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, as well as determining and establishing office procedures and routines.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, so attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential.
