Director, Promotions, No Frills

At Loblaw Companies Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Promotions, No Frills to join our team. This role is responsible for leading a team to execute on category established guardrails to achieve promotional investment targets, guide promotional activity within the banners for their specified division, resulting in year over year promotional sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of promotional plans.
  • Provide analytical insights and recommendations to inform promotional decisions.
  • Manage and oversee the development of promotional materials, including ad creative and promotional assets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, merchandising, or pricing role.
  • 3-5 years of people management experience.
