The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at BBE. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and efficient support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Be knowledgeable about our systems and services, providing education and support to customers as needed.
  • Manage shipments for clients, providing proactive tracking updates and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to customers, promoting the use of our services and ensuring they are fully utilized.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, using it to inform improvements to our services and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on new features and services, communicating them to customers and promoting their use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of work.
  • Approve invoices from carriers and manage job files in our ERP system.
  • Promote the service and brand of BBE, highlighting our unique value proposition and competitive advantages.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information and exceeding their expectations.
Qualifications
  • Logistics or supply chain education preferred.
  • Previous work experience in logistics or supply chain.
  • Experience with learning different systems and understanding technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • MS Office Suite proficiency.
