About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Floor Care Specialist to join our dynamic team As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the building.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to ensure they are spotless and well-maintained.
  • Dusting and Polishing: Dust furniture and other surfaces to keep them free from dust and debris.
  • Vacuuming and Cleaning: Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to maintain their appearance and cleanliness.
  • Bed Making and Linen Management: Make beds and change sheets regularly to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Linen Closet Stocking: Stock linen closet with fresh linens and towels.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom Cleaning: Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to prevent the spread of germs.
  • Disinfection and Sanitization: Disinfect operating rooms and other areas as needed.
  • Lost and Found Management: Handle and report lost and found items to clients and staff.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items promptly and efficiently.
  • Facilities Information: Provide basic information on facilities to clients and visitors.
  • Trash and Debris Removal: Pick up debris and empty trash containers regularly.
  • Window Cleaning: Wash windows, walls and ceilings to maintain a sparkling clean environment.
  • Changing Room and Shower Cleaning: Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure a hygienic environment.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.

What We Offer
