Administrative Support Specialist

At BC LTD, we are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with stakeholders.
- Communication and Customer Service: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders.
- Document Management: Oversee the preparation of reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure timely delivery of essential materials.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
