Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing expertise on retail operations and driving business results.
  • Oversee the supervision of staff, including assigning duties, hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Develop and implement plans to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall store performance.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven track record of driving business results and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What We Offer
