Key Responsibilities

  • Dispatch field technicians upon customer request, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor daily workload and adjust resource plans as needed to meet customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure effective communication and resource allocation.
  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage email requests from customers and field teams, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Generate reports for customers, internal use, and billing purposes, highlighting key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the team to build and maintain positive relationships, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Protect AFL's values by maintaining confidentiality and adhering to environmental, health, and safety policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or a high-volume call center environment.
  • Previous experience in dispatch or a similar role is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Working Conditions

  • Remote work environment, with the possibility of transitioning to a normal office environment as business needs dictate.
  • 40 hours/week, with a general schedule of 10 hours/4 days a week from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, with flexibility to accommodate weekend and holiday work as needed.
  • Eligible for overtime, if applicable.
  • Permanent position.
