About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Harmony Motors Inc. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and initiatives.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Technology: Maintain and update computerized information filing systems, and provide technical support as needed.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
