About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Professional Painter to join our team at ALB Construction LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting various surfaces to meet high standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and clean surfaces to ensure optimal paint adhesion
  • Mix and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages, attach rigging, and safely access areas requiring painting
  • Assess surface requirements and recommend suitable coatings or applications
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient project completion
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety guidelines

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in painting or related field (less than 7 months)
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and identify potential issues
  • Willingness to work at heights, lift heavy equipment, and maintain physical stamina throughout the day
