We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our culinary team at Frantz Inn.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef to lead our kitchen operations, oversee menu planning, and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute menus that showcase our culinary expertise
- Lead a team of cooks in preparing and serving meals to high standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and surrounding areas
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring efficient ordering and stock levels
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably as a head chef or equivalent
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and physical demands
- Standing for extended periods, frequent lifting, and manual handling up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
