Job Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Professional to lead our property operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management of our facilities organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective facilities management strategies to optimize property performance and reduce costs.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of our facilities team, including maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and contracts related to facilities management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, tenants, and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of commercial high-rise, campus environment, and/or property portfolio management experience.
  • Proven track record of success in facilities management, with a focus on cost savings, process improvement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of financial systems, building management systems, and industry-specific software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or other industry certifications.
  • Experience with critical system environments, leasing, construction, engineering, and property operations.

Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office environment, with occasional travel to properties and meetings. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
