Your Skills:
- You have minimally 5-10 years' experience in a business environment working in a management capacity or as an independent consultant.
- You're an excellent communicator and comfortable in remote environments like Zoom.
- You're familiar with online networking platforms like LinkedIn or IG and willing to level up your digital communication and marketing outreach on digital platforms.
- You're a lifelong learner excited to share your own personal development journey and passionate about inspiring and assisting others on their success journey.
Your Responsibilities:
- Effectively set up and manage remote business operations, your schedule, and success goals with ongoing support from our coaching team and global business community.
- Apply effective communication and marketing strategies using our platform and advanced processes with comprehensive support and training provided.
- Engage with leads, conduct interviews by phone or Zoom, and facilitate candidates through presentation materials and decision-making process.
- Maintain your own daily learning and growth towards personal & leadership development.
- Attend weekly online live presentation and professional development sessions.
