Job Description:

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Solid Industries & Machine Shop Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team by efficiently managing emails, phone calls, and in-person communication.
  • Provide exceptional support by opening and distributing mail, packages, and other materials in a timely manner.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and meetings.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, providing accurate documentation for future reference.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients, showcasing professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues as necessary.
  • Respond to electronic enquiries, providing clear and concise information to address customer needs.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels, ensuring a well-stocked workspace.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, adhering to company standards and best practices.
  • Perform data entry tasks, accurately capturing and recording information in our database.
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
About the Role:

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask effectively.
