Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Project Lead to join our team at Randstad Canada. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, project management, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technology projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
  • Develop and maintain realistic project plans, managing dependencies, critical paths, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Negotiate project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Collaborate with feature teams on backlog management, prioritization, and completion, ensuring alignment with business needs and project roadmaps.
  • Plan and execute release management, including rollout and communications, ensuring smooth project handovers to support teams and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in Agile delivery and project management.
  • Proven track record in software and application delivery within fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in transitioning projects from delivery to ongoing operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to varied audiences.
  • Experience in cost management and collaboration with vendors.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.
