Brand and Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Marketing Lead to join our team at Relay. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives meaningful growth and awareness among U.S. small business owners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead a content strategy that positions Relay as the leading business banking solution for U.S.-based small businesses.
- Lead a team of content managers in creating impactful content that drives registrations, approvals, high-quality lead capture, product utilization, and increased brand awareness.
- Execute mission-critical content projects that directly impact Relay's company strategy and goals.
- Develop and optimize systems and processes for consistently creating valuable, high-quality content across various platforms.
- Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of Relay's content and use insights to shape strategy and make optimizations.
- Determine content and campaign-related KPIs and craft requirements for data reporting.
- Continuously maintain content quality, integrity, and consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Manage and coordinate external resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Conduct ongoing research and customer interviews to inform industry-leading opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on competitor content and industry trends to support high-quality output.
- Upskill team members across the organization on the value of content and be a trusted source of brand expertise and competitor insights.
- 6+ years of content marketing experience.
- Developed and led content teams that driven measurable, impactful bottom-line growth.
- Creative storyteller with a passion for high-quality content.
- Analytical with the ability to use data to measure the impact of content work.
- Incredibly organized with experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Builder, problem-solver, and cross-functional partner with a passion for making quality work happen in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable and able to handle change and uncertainty.
- Cares deeply about small businesses and their owners/operators.
- Experience working at a startup or high-growth environment.
- Experience building B2B brands.
