About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join our team at Rewind. As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, process improvements, and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth and Process Optimization: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive revenue growth, improve sales processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Design and maintain dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into sales performance, customer support metrics, and revenue trends.
  • Process Management: Establish and maintain sales processes and workflows, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in lead management, pipeline progression, and deal closure.
  • Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the Revenue Operations team, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role within a SaaS environment.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and metrics (ARR, CAC, CLTV, etc.); proficiency in Salesforce CRM, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
