Job Description

We are seeking a Support Specialist I to join our Customer Experience team in Vancouver. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

  • Deliver high-quality customer support through email, phone, and chat channels.
  • Triage incoming requests, identify trends, and flag issues for the team.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation to aid in team learning and growth.
