Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Executive Chairman and family. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for the Executive Chairman and family.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, medical claims, and other administrative tasks.
  • Assist with organizing fundraising events, private parties, and executive retreats.
  • Provide personalized and timely support to the Executive Chairman and family.
  • Manage databases, filing systems, and other administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with corporate staff, Estate Manager, and domestic staff.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to treat confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint an asset.
