We are seeking a skilled Claims Support Professional to join our team at The Hiring Partner Inc.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive estimated salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong background in litigation and correspondence. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and confirming appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Maintaining an organized filing system for documents and records
  • Preparing and keying in correspondence and legal documents using PCLaw in the Cloud

You will be working in a hybrid environment with a focus on delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced setting. A strong understanding of computer and technology tools such as Dictaphone, MS Word, and MS Outlook is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Experience with civil litigation and correspondence
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently in a team environment
