About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Spa Receptionist to join our team at Ritual Spa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing Clients

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them warmly and directing them to the relevant service areas.

Providing Information and Assistance

You will be responsible for providing basic information to clients and the public, including answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise.

Scheduling and Confirming Appointments

You will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, ensuring that our clients receive timely reminders and notifications.

Handling Payments and Transactions

You will be responsible for receiving and processing payments, as well as handling any other financial transactions that may arise.

Performing Administrative Tasks

You will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail.

Answering Phones and Relaying Messages

You will be responsible for answering phones and relaying messages to our team members, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective communication.

Providing Excellent Customer Service

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported throughout their experience with us.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

Experience is an asset, but not required.

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficiency in MS Office and electronic mail is required.

Transportation and Travel

Public transportation is available.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.

Personal Suitability

You must have efficient interpersonal skills, be organized, and able to work in a permanent position.
