Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. This includes assigning cost centers and hourly rates, recording absences, and maintaining records for time off and other benefits.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Assign cost centers and hourly rates to employees
- Record absences and maintain records for time off and other benefits
- Collaborate with the payroll department to implement annual system changes

Requirements

- Grade 12 Diploma; post-secondary education in business is an asset
- Knowledge of Profield/SAP is considered advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
