Job Summary

Guru Auto Finance & Sales Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Operations: Assist with office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Assist with budgeting and financial management, including preparing financial reports and reconciliations.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Assist with recruitment and hiring, including preparing job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Assist with policy development and implementation, including researching and recommending policies, and implementing new policies.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent communication and customer service, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing information to customers.

Requirements

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and ability to multitask.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

  • Work Environment: Fast-paced office environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a seated position for long periods of time.
