Job Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to drive sales growth with retail partners across the GMA and nationally. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a local and provincial strategy to expand our network and presence
  • Engaging with potential clients through email, phone calls, and in-person meetings
  • Coordinating and leading business meetings with prospective clients
  • Managing a sales funnel using our CRM (Hubspot) to methodically qualify, build, and nurture opportunities
  • Collaborating with the CEO and other team members to assess and screen opportunities
  • Providing feedback to our product and operations teams to refine our business model and pricing strategy
  • Building long-term relationships with existing clients

  • Experience in B2B and/or SaaS sales and business development
  • A well-established network in the e-commerce retail industry
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • A desire to learn quickly
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in the delivery or logistics industry
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, Asana, Slack, and Gsuite
  • A team player mindset
