Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at ALLKIND INSURANCE INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as establishing and implementing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support business objectives.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Training and Development: Train other workers on new policies and procedures.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
