Plant Operations Manager

At Elizabeth Grant, we are seeking a highly skilled Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production scheduling, inventory management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources
- Maintain accurate inventory records and prevent stock shortages
- Lead a team of over 20 employees in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment
- Manage departmental budgets and ensure compliance with company policies
