About the Role
The Customer Experience Leader - E-commerce Operations will be responsible for ensuring seamless order fulfillment across our brick-and-mortar stores and online platforms at LondonDrugs.com. This role requires a highly driven, organized, and strategic individual who can adapt to our constantly evolving business environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and improve processes.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving informed decision-making.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of $65,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with previous retail experience and supervisory skills.
